# Topone  account deletion instructions

1.Users can select the "Delete Account" option to complete the account deactivation process.

2.If a user holds an active position, it is necessary to close the current position before proceeding.

3.If a user still has active P2P orders, account deactivation will not be possible until these orders are completed.

4.If a user still has active cryptocurrency withdrawal orders in progress, account deactivation will not be permitted until these orders are completed.

5.Users are required to complete the submission of a reason for account deactivation and must provide a secondary confirmation. (Once the account is deactivated, the associated information will be irretrievable.)

6.If a user completes the account deactivation process, attempting to log in with the deactivated account will result in a prompt indicating that the account does not exist.
