# 充/提现指南

**充币**

1. 充币需要在账号登陆的情况下完成；
2. 点击右上角【资产】，点击【充币】；
3. 选择充币币种、选择区块链；
4. 确认之后会自动生成充币地址；
5. 点击复制，将该地址粘贴到您在提币平台的提币栏。

注：若充币平台和提币平台区块链不一致则无法充币成功。若地址错误则无法充币成功；建议粘贴地址之后再核实一下。

**提币**

1. 提币需要在账号登陆的情况下完成；
2. 点击网页右上角【资产】，点击【提币】；
3. 选择对应区块链，将其他平台的充币地址粘贴在收款地址栏，输入提币金额，点击确认提币。

注：为了您的账户安全，提币需要先提前绑定谷歌身份验证器并且同时绑定手机号码和邮箱。

**充币未到**

常见原因包括但不限于：

1. 区块链未确认完成；
2. 充值选错网络；
3. 地址不正确；
4. 充值了未上线的币种/网络。

为了您的资产安全，请您提供充值币种、充币数量、使用的区块链、充币哈希值。

**提币未到**

常见原因包括但不限于：

1. 区块链未确认完成；
2. 接收平台不支持的币种/网络；
3. 区块网络延迟；
4. 地址不正确。

为了您的资产安全，请您提供提币的历史截图以及平台显示的哈希值。
