**如何划转**

1. 点击网页右上角【资产】，点击【划转】；
2. 先选择转出账户再选择转让账户，输入转出金额点击划转。

**查看交易记录**

1. 登录账户并进入【资金账户】；
2. 下方的【账户】便可查看，选择交易类型查看详细记录。

**联系我们的客户服务**

1. 在线聊天：点击官网右下角的聊天图标。
2. 邮件支持：发送邮件至<cs@top.one>。

**三个账户分别指什么**

平台目前有三个账户分别是资金账户、交易账户、佣金账户：

1. 资金账户支持充提币，您充值之后的币会在您的资金账户，同理如果您想要提币的话也需要将资产划转到资金账户；
2. 交易账户支持合约交易，即您的合约账户，需要将您的资金划转到交易账户才可以进行交易；
3. 佣金账户是由平台特色打造的特有账户，您通过合约交易产生的手续费自返佣以及您邀请的用户进行交易产生的返佣都会在这个账户。
