Deposit Not Received

Common reasons include but are not limited to: blockchain not confirmed, the incorrect network selected for the deposit, incorrect address, the deposit made to an unsupported currency/network, etc.

You can first check if any of these reasons caused the deposit to not arrive.

For your asset security, please provide the deposit currency, deposit amount, used blockchain, and deposit hash value.
